The hotel restaurant Moderna offers professionalism, stylishly designed surroundings, top class service and high-class gastronomy. The menu is based around seasonal ingredients prepared according to traditionally unconventional concepts to create a harmonious dining experience that takes you on a gastronomic journey for you to enjoy. Meals are complemented by a carefully curated wine list. The restaurant has 90 seats and in the summer guests can enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace.
The cooking team is led by Executive Chef of the Hotel Vitality Michal Kuczera.
The patisserie provides an inviting place for you to relax with Danesi coffee and homemade desserts. The menu offers a rich variety of cakes, desserts, drinks and dishes, including the iconic chocolate raspberry cake or ciabatta with homemade beef Pastrami and cheddar. A sunny terrace is available in the summer months. For festive occasions the confectionery team will prepare non-traditional cakes according to your wishes.
