The menu reflects the principles and ideas of SLOW FOOD. Meals are prepared from fresh seasonal ingredients with great emphasis being placed on gentle heat treatment in order to preserve the nutritional quality of prepared dishes.

Restaurant Moderna

The hotel restaurant Moderna offers professionalism, stylishly designed surroundings, top class service and high-class gastronomy. The menu is based around seasonal ingredients prepared according to traditionally unconventional concepts to create a harmonious dining experience that takes you on a gastronomic journey for you to enjoy. Meals are complemented by a carefully curated wine list. The restaurant has 90 seats and in the summer guests can enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace.

The cooking team is led by Executive Chef of the Hotel Vitality Michal Kuczera.

Patisserie Café Maryša

The patisserie provides an inviting place for you to relax with Danesi coffee and homemade desserts. The menu offers a rich variety of cakes, desserts, drinks and dishes, including the iconic chocolate raspberry cake or ciabatta with homemade beef Pastrami and cheddar. A sunny terrace is available in the summer months. For festive occasions the confectionery team will prepare non-traditional cakes according to your wishes.

"I am a fan of both modern world cuisine and traditional Czech cuisine. I always like to add the magic element, which transforms the meal into a unique and enticing dining experience. In the kitchen I favour simplicity and elegance. I gained my experience during my stay in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, where prestige and quality come first. I have been part of the Hotel Vitality team for eight years. We always strive to create a harmonious blend of shapes, colours and flavours."
